The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the chargers panting, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 rushing to assault at morn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 And indeed he himself is a witness to it. 7 And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
