The righteous (will be) amid gardens and fountains (of clear-flowing water). 45 “Enter them with peace, in safety.” 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 and that My punishment is the painful chastisement. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham 51 When they entered upon him and said, "Peace." [Abraham] said, "Indeed, we are fearful of you." 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 He said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what, then, is your good news?" 54 They said: "The good tiding we give you is of truth. Do not, therefore, be of those who despair." 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 He said: what is your errand, sent ones? 57 They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people 58 excepting the household of Lot. We shall deliver all of them, 59 “Except his wife – we have decided that she is of those who will stay behind.” 60
