Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 And there is a ban upon any community which We have destroyed: that they shall not return. 95 till Gog and Magog are let loose and slide down out of every slope; 96 And the True Promise draweth nigh; then behold them, staring wide (in terror), the eyes of those who disbelieve! (They say): Alas for us! We (lived) in forgetfulness of this. Ah, but we were wrong-doers! 97 Verily you and those you worship other than God will be faggots for Hell; and come to it you will. 98 Had these (idols, etc.) been aliha (gods), they would not have entered there (Hell), and all of them will abide therein. 99 Therein wailing is their portion, and therein they hear not. 100 Lo! those unto whom kindness hath gone forth before from Us, they will be far removed from thence. 101 They shall not hear the least sound thereof, and in that felicity which their souls desire they shall be abiders. 102 The Supreme Horror will not grieve them, and the angels will welcome them, (saying): This is your Day which ye were promised; 103 On that Day We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll for writing. Even as We originated the creation first so We shall repeat it. This is a promise binding on Us; and so We shall do. 104 We had prescribed in the Book of Psalms after the reminder and admonition, that those of Our creatures who are good will in the end rule the earth. 105 Lo! there is a plain statement for folk who are devout. 106 We have not sent you (Prophet Muhammad) except as a mercy to all the worlds. 107 Say: It is only inspired in me that your Allah is One Allah. Will ye then surrender (unto Him)? 108 But if they (disbelievers, idolaters, Jews, Christians, polytheists, etc.) turn away (from Islamic Monotheism) say (to them O Muhammad SAW): "I give you a notice (of war as) to be known to us all alike. And I know not whether that which you are promised (i.e. the torment or the Day of Resurrection) is near or far." 109 God surely knows what you say openly and also knows what you conceal. 110 And I know not, perhaps it may be a trial for you, and an enjoyment for a while. 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge in truth. Our Lord is the Merciful whose help is ever to be sought against what you describe' 112
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Prophets (Al-Anbyaa'). Sent down in Mecca after Abraham (Ibrahim) before The Believers (Al-Mu' minoon)
