۞ Who is more unjust then one who invents falsehood against God and rejects the truth after it has come to them. Is not hell a dwelling for the disbelievers? 32 He who brings the truth, and he who testifies to it as such -- those are surely the people who are God-fearing: 33 They shall have whatsoever they will with their Lord; that is the recompense of the good-doers, 34 that God may acquit them of the worst of what they did, and recompense them with the wages of the fairest of what they were doing. 35 Is not God sufficient for His devotee? Still they frighten you with others apart from Him. Whoever God allows to go astray has none to show him the way. 36 Who can mislead one whom God has guided? Is God not Majestic and Revengeful? 37 If you ask them who created the heavens and the earth, they will surely reply, "God." Say, "Consider those you invoke besides Him: if God wished to harm me, could they undo that harm? Or if God wished to show me mercy, could they withhold that mercy?" Say, "God is sufficient for me. In Him let the faithful put their trust." 38 Say, "My people, do whatever is in your power -- and so will I. Soon you shall come to know 39 On whom cometh a torment humiliating him, and on whom alighteth a torment lasting. 40 Lo! We have revealed unto thee (Muhammad) the Scripture for mankind with truth. Then whosoever goeth right it is for his soul, and whosoever strayeth, strayeth only to its hurt. And thou art not a warder over them. 41
