Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah)
52 verses, revealed in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ The Inevitable Calamity! 1 What is the concrete reality? 2 Would that you knew (in detail) what the Inevitable is! 3 Thamud and 'Aad denied the Striking Calamity. 4 As for Thamud, they were destroyed by the outburst. 5 And as for A’ad, they were destroyed by a severe thundering windstorm. 6 To which He subjected them for seven nights and eight days in succession, so that thou mightest have seen men during it lying prostrate, as though they were stumps of palms ruined. 7 Do you then see of them one remaining? 8 And there was Pharaoh, too, and [many of] those who lived before him, and the cities that were overthrown - [all of them] indulged in sin upon sin 9 They therefore disobeyed the Noble Messengers of their Lord so He seized them with an intense seizure. 10 But We bore you away in the Ark, when the waters rose high, 11 so that We might make it a reminder for you and so that attentive ears might retain it. 12 And when the trumpet shall sound one blast 13 And the earth and the mountains are borne away and crushed with a single crushing. 14 On that day, the inevitable event will take place 15 And the heaven shall cleave asunder, so that on that day it shall be frail, 16 and the angels shall stand upon its borders, and upon that day eight shall carry above them the Throne of thy Lord. 17 That Day shall ye be brought to Judgment: not an act of yours that ye hide will be hidden. 18 Then as for him who is given his book in his right hand, he shall say, 'Here, take and read my book! 19 “I was certain that I will confront my account.” 20 Then he will be in blissful state 21 in a lofty paradise, 22 with its fruits within easy reach. 23 (It will be said): 'Eat and drink with a good appetite because of what you did in days long passed' 24 As for him whose Record will be given to him in his left hand, he will exclaim: “Would that I had never been given my Record, 25 Nor known whatever was my reckoning! 26 Would that it (my death) had ended it all! 27 My wealth has not helped me a thing 28 my authority is gone from me.' 29 (It will be said): Take him and fetter him 30 “Then hurl him into the blazing fire.” 31 “Then bind him inside a chain which is seventy arm-lengths.” 32 they did not believe in the great God, 33 and did not feel any urge to feed the needy: 34 “So he does not have any friend here this day.” 35 “Nor any food except the pus discharged from the people of hell.” 36 which no one will eat except the sinners. 37

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
