۞ Also, We revealed to Moses, saying: 'Go with My worshipers by night, for you will be followed' 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 The people of the Pharaoh pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68
