O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and perverts, and the rumour-mongers of Madinah, do not desist even now, We shall rouse you against them, so they would not be able to live but a short time in the city with you. 60 Accursed, wherever found, they shall be seized and killed with a (terrible) slaughter. 61 This has been Allah's Way with those who have gone before, and you shall find no change in Allah's Way. 62 People ask you regarding the Last Day; proclaim, “Its knowledge is only with Allah; and what do you know, the Last Day may really be near!” 63 God has cursed the unbelievers, and prepared for them a Blaze, 64 To dwell therein for ever: no protector will they find, nor helper. 65 On the Day when their faces shall be tossed about in the fire, they will exclaim, "Oh, would that we had paid heed unto God, and paid heed unto the Apostle!" 66 And they shall say: 'Our Lord, We obeyed our masters and our eminent ones, but they misled us from the way. 67 Our Lord, give them chastisement twofold, and curse them with a mighty curse!' 68
