Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 Such is the one who repulses the orphans away, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 Woe to the worshippers 4 Who are unmindful of their prayers, 5 who show off, 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
