The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who creates, then makes complete, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then made it a blackening wrack. 5 We shall now make you read (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), so you will not forget. 6 except what Allah wills, surely, He knows all that is (spoken) aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 So render good counsel if good counsel will avail. 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 And mentions the name of his Lord and prays. 15 Nay (behold), ye prefer the life of this world; 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
