O you who believe! Eat not Riba (usury) doubled and multiplied, but fear Allah that you may be successful. 130 And have fear of the Fire which awaits those who deny the Truth. 131 And pay heed unto God and the Apostle, so that you might be graced with mercy. 132 ۞ And hasten to a forgiveness from your Lord and a Paradise as wide as heaven and earth, prepared for the cautious 133 for those who spend, both in prosperity and adversity, who restrain their anger and are forgiving towards their fellow men -- God loves those who do good works. 134 And those who, when they commit an immoral act or wrong themselves, remember Allah and seek forgiveness of their sins – and who forgives sins except Allah? And those who do not purposely become stubborn regarding what they did. 135 Those -- their recompense is forgiveness from their Lord, and gardens beneath which rivers flow, therein dwelling forever; and how excellent is the wage of those who labour! 136 Similar situations [as yours] have passed on before you, so proceed throughout the earth and observe how was the end of those who denied. 137 This (Quran) is a reminder for the people and a guide and advice for the pious. 138 Do not be weak, neither sorrow while you are the upper ones, if you are believers. 139 If you have been wounded they too have suffered a wound. We cause this alternation of night and day in the affairs of men so that God may know those who believe, taking some as witness (of truth) from your ranks, for God does not like those who are unjust. 140 And that He may purge those who believe and deprive the unbelievers of blessings. 141 What! You assume that you will enter Paradise while Allah has not yet tested your warriors, nor yet tested the steadfast? 142 You had wished to know death before you faced it (in battle); so now you have seen it before your own eyes. 143
