[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 Then as for him who is inordinate, 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
