But what is the matter with those who disbelieve that they hasten on around you, 36 [To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups? 37 Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure? 38 No, that is not like that! Verily, We have created them out of that which they know! 39 But nay! I call to witness the Lord of the Easts and the Wests, that We have the power 40 to replace them by others who would be better than they; and We shall certainly not be overpowered. 41 So leave them alone to plunge and play, until they encounter the Day which they are promised; 42 the Day when they rush out of their graves as if racing towards a signpost, 43 Eyes lowered, shame attending. That is the day they have been promised! 44
