۞ When Moses completed the term and set out with his family, he noticed a fire in the direction of Mount Tur. He said to his family: "Stay here, I can see a fire. Perhaps I can bring you news, or a burning brand from the fire with which you may warm yourself." 29 When he came to it, he was called from the right bank in the blessed plot of the tree (he heard speech without letter or voice coming from all directions): 'Moses, I am Allah, Lord of the Worlds. 30 "And throw your stick!" But when he saw it moving as if it were a snake, he turned in flight, and looked not back. (It was said): "O Musa (Moses)! Draw near, and fear not. Verily, you are of those who are secure. 31 Put your hand into your bosom; it will come out [shining] white, without blemish; now draw your arm close to your body to calm your fears. These are two credentials from your Lord for Pharaoh and his nobles. Surely, they are a rebellious people." 32 He said: My Lord! Lo! I killed a man among them and I fear that they will kill me. 33 "And my brother Aaron - He is more eloquent in speech than I: so send him with me as a helper, to confirm (and strengthen) me: for I fear that they may accuse me of falsehood." 34 He said: "We will certainly strengthen thy arm through thy brother, and invest you both with authority, so they shall not be able to touch you: with Our Sign shall ye triumph,- you two as well as those who follow you." 35 When Moses came to them with Our miracles, they said, "These are only invented magic. We have never heard of such things from our fathers". 36 Moses said, "My Lord knows best who has received guidance from Him and who will achieve a happy end. The unjust ones certainly will have no happiness." 37 And Firaun said, “O court members! I do not know of any other God for you, except myself; therefore, O Haman, build a lofty palace for me by baking concrete in order that I may sneak a look at the God of Moosa – and according to me, he is indeed a liar.” 38 And he and his hosts were haughty in the land without right, and deemed that they would never be brought back to Us. 39 Therefore We seized him and his hosts, and cast their into the sea; so behold how was the end of the evildoers! 40 And We appointed them leaders, calling to the Fire; and on the Day of Resurrection they shall not be helped; 41 In this world We laid Our curse on them, and on the Day of Resurrection they shall be among the exiled. 42
