Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 The Beneficent God is too Exalted to have a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 Everyone on the Day of Judgment will individually come into the presence of God. 95 To the righteously striving believers God will grant love. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 How many generations living before them did We destroy? Do you find anyone of them around or do you even hear any word from them? 98
