But no; I swear by what you see, 38 as well as all that you cannot see: 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer. Little is it that you reflect! 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would have caught hold of him by his right hand 45 And then certainly should have cut off his life artery (Aorta), 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 And surely it is an admonition to the God-fearing. 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 and surely it will be a cause of regret for the unbelievers. 50 it is the indubitable truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
