The Bee (Al-nahl)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ God's command comes; so seek not to hasten it. Glory be to Him! High be He exalted above that they associate with Him! 1 He sends the angels with the Spirit to carry His orders to whichever of His servants He wants so that they would warn people that He is the only God and that people must have fear of Him. 2 He created the heavens and earth in truth. High is He above what they associate with Him. 3 He created man from a sperm-drop; then at once, he is a clear adversary. 4 And the cattle -- He created them for you; in them is warmth, and uses various, and of them you eat, 5 How beautiful you find them when you bring them home and when you drive them out to graze. 6 and they carry your loads to many a place which you would be unable to reach without much hardship. Surely your Lord is Intensely Loving, Most Merciful. 7 And [He created] the horses, mules and donkeys for you to ride and [as] adornment. And He creates that which you do not know. 8 God's it is to show the way; and some do swerve from it. If He willed, He would have guided you all together. 9
