The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the fig, by the olive, 1 by Mount Sinai 2 and by this city (of Makkah), a haven of peace: 3 Surely We created man of the best stature 4 Thereafter We cause him to return to the lowest of the low, 5 Except those who accepted faith and did good deeds – for them is a never ending reward. 6 What then after this, can make you deny the Last Judgement? 7 Is not Allah the Greatest Judge upon all judges? 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
