The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

The Clatterer! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 On that day, people will be like scattered moths 4 And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up. 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely! 11
