If We grant long life to any, We cause him to be reversed in nature: Will they not then understand? 68 We have not instructed the (Prophet) in Poetry, nor is it meet for him: this is no less than a Message and a Qur'an making things clear: 69 So that he may warn him who is alive and feels, and justify the word against those who do not believe. 70 Observe they not that We have created for them, of that which Our hands have worked, cattle: so that they are their owners. 71 We have subdued them to them, and some of them they ride, and some they eat; 72 they also have other uses in them and drinks. What, will they not give thanks! 73 Yet they have taken, apart from God, gods; haply they might be helped. 74 they are unable to succour their devotees, even though to them they may [appear to] be hosts drawn up [for succour]. 75 So be not grieved by what they say. We certainly know what they hide and disclose. 76 Does not man see that We have created him from Nutfah (mixed male and female discharge semen drops). Yet behold! He (stands forth) as an open opponent. 77 And he hath coined for Us a similitude, and hath forgotten the fact of his creation, saying: Who will revive these bones when they have rotted away? 78 Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “They will be revived by the One Who created them the first time; and He is the All Knowing of every creation.” 79 Who gave you fire from a green tree, with which you ignite the flame." 80 Is He who created the heavens and earth not able to create others like these people? Of course He is! He is indeed the Supreme Creator, the All Knowing: 81 when He decrees a thing, He need only say, "Be!" and it is. 82 So glory be to Him, in whose hand is the dominion of everything, and unto whom you shall be returned. 83
