Q (Qaaf)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Qaf. By the glorious Koran! 1 Nay! they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves, so the unbelievers say: This is a wonderful thing: 2 What, when we are dead and turned to dust? That indeed would be an unlikely return' 3 (Thus do they imagine, although) We know well what the earth takes away from them. With Us is a Record that preserves everything. 4 In fact, they have rejected the truth that has come to them, thus, they live in confusion. 5 Have they not looked at the sky above them, how We have fashioned and adorned it, and it has no flaw? 6 We spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains, and We cause every delightful thing to grow in it 7 thus offering an insight and a reminder unto every human being who willingly turns unto God. 8 And We send down blessed water (rain) from the sky, then We produce therewith gardens and grain (every kind of harvests) that are reaped. 9 And tall date-palms, with ranged clusters; 10 As sustenance for (Allah's) Servants;- and We give (new) life therewith to land that is dead: Thus will be the Resurrection. 11 Denied before them (i.e. these pagans of Makkah who denied you, O Muhammad SAW) the people of Nuh (Noah), and the dwellers of Rass, and the Thamud, 12 And 'Ad, and Fir'aun (Pharaoh), and the brethren of Lout (Lot), 13 dwellers of the forest, and the people of Tubba had all rejected the Prophets. Thus, they became subject to Our torment. 14 So did We tire by creating the first time? Rather they doubt being created again. 15
