O believers, fear God. Let every soul consider what it has forwarded for the morrow. And fear God; God is aware of the things you do. 18 And do not be like those who forgot Allah – He therefore put them into hardship making them forget themselves; it is they who are the sinners. 19 The people of the Fire and the people of Paradise are not equal. The people of Paradise are the victorious ones. 20 Had We sent down this Qur'an on a mountain, verily, thou wouldst have seen it humble itself and cleave asunder for fear of Allah. Such are the similitudes which We propound to men, that they may reflect. 21 Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god;- Who knows (all things) both secret and open; He, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. 22 He is Allah, besides Whom there is no god; the King, the Holy, the Giver of peace, the Granter of security, Guardian over all, the Mighty, the Supreme, the Possessor of every greatness Glory be to Allah from what they set up (with Him). 23 He is Allah, the Creator, the Maker, the Fashioner; His are the excellent names. Him halloweth whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 24
