Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 Or at night. Then how is it you do not understand? 138
