Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

O children of Israel! Just recall to mind My favour wherewith I blessed you fulfil your covenant with Me and I shall fulfil My covenant with you, and fear Me alone. 40 And believe in what I have sent down which verifies what is already with you; and do not be the first to deny it, nor part with it for little gain; and beware of Me. 41 Do not mix truth with falsehood and do not deliberately hide the truth 42 and be constant in prayer, and spend in charity, and bow down in prayer with all who thus bow down. 43 ۞ Would you order righteousness on others and forget it yourselves? Yet you recite the Book, have you no sense? 44 Seek help in patience and prayer; and truly it is hard save for the humble-minded, 45 who reckon that they will meet their Lord and that to Him they will return. 46
