The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful 1

All praise unto Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. 2 Most Gracious, Most Merciful; 3 Owner of the Day of Recompense 4 Thee alone do we worship; and unto Thee alone do we turn for aid. 5 Guide us on the Straight Path. 6 The way of those whom You have favoured, who did not incur Your wrath, who are not astray. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
