And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 And showed them the right path. 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!' 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 When he said to his people, "Do you not fear?" 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 And We left him for posterity. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
