The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the sun is wound up; 1 The stars turn dim and scatter, 2 And when the mountains are removed 3 And when the she-camels big with young shall be abandoned, 4 and when all beasts are gathered together, 5 And when the seas shall become as blazing Fire or shall overflow; 6 when the souls are divided into different classes, 7 And when the girl buried alive shall be asked: 8 for what offence was she killed? 9 When the ledgers are laid open, 10 when heaven is stripped, 11 When the Blazing Fire is kindled to fierce heat; 12 And Paradise brought near, 13 [then] each soul shall know what it has put forward. 14 Oh, but I call to witness the planets, 15 Who move straight and stop. 16 and sit during the day, or by the darkening night 17 And the breath of morning 18 truly this is the word of a noble Messenger 19 endowed with power and held in honour by the Lord of the Throne -- 20 obeyed, moreover trusty. 21 Your Companion is not mad, 22 Surely he beheld Him on the clear horizon. 23 And Muhammad is not a withholder of [knowledge of] the unseen. 24 Nor is this [message] the word of any satanic force accursed. 25 Whither then go ye? 26 Verily, this (the Quran) is no less than a Reminder to (all) the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 27 to every one of you who wishes to tread the straight path. 28 And you do not please except that Allah please, the Lord of the worlds. 29
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
