The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 Striking sparks of fire 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 And therein raising dust. 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And verily, he is violent in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when that which is in the tombs is over-thrown, 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted. 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
