The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate 1

All praise unto Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. 2 The Beneficent, the Merciful. 3 and Master of the Day of Judgment 4 Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek. 5 Guide us to the straight path: 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
