Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 (Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security." 46 And We shall have removed whatsoever of grudge may be in their breasts: brethren they; sitting upon couches facing each other. 47 There shall touch them no toil therein, nor therefrom they shall ever be driven out. 48 ۞ Declare thou unto My bondmen: verily I! I am the Forgiver, the Merciful. 49 At the same time, My chastisement is highly painful. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 When the angels came to him and said, “Peace"; he said, “We feel afraid of you.” 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 He said, “Do you convey to me the glad tidings upon old age reaching me? So upon what do you convey glad tidings?” (* Prophet Ibrahim said this out of surprise.) 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 He said: and who despondeth of the mercy of his Lord except the astray 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They said: "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin, 58 Only the family of Lot will all be saved, 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60
