Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by that which ye see. 38 and by what you do not see, 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 It is a Revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 And not one of you would have been able to stop (Us). 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 We know very well that there are some among you who reject Our signs -- 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 it is the indubitable truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.
