Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 from the evil of darkness when it gathers, 3 "and from the evil of all human beings bent on occult endeavours, 4 "And from the evil of the envier when he envies." 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
