Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 Who turns away the orphan, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 [But] who are heedless of their prayer - 5 Those who do things only to be seen by others. 6 and prevent the utensils of assistance. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
