۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 And verily that is a mighty oath, if ye but knew! 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 (This Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." 91 But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, 92 He shall have an entertainment of boiling water, 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 96
