The people of the Wood too called the messengers liars. 176 When Shu'ayb said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 177 I am for you an honest Messenger. 178 So fear Allah and obey me. 179 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 180 ۞ "Give full measure, and cause no loss (to others). 181 And weigh (things) with a right balance, 182 "And defraud not people by reducing their things, nor do evil, making corruption and mischief in the land. 183 "And fear Him Who created you and (who created) the generations before (you)" 184 They said, 'Thou art merely one of those that are bewitched; 185 You are only a human being like ourselves. Indeed we think you are a liar. 186 Let a part of the sky fall on us if what you say is true". 187 He said: "My Lord is the Best Knower of what you do." 188 But they belied him, so the torment of the day of shadow (a gloomy cloud) seized them, indeed that was the torment of a Great Day. 189 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 190 your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 191
