The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 And I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds: 109 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said: "It is not for me to know what they were doing. 112 My Lord alone can bring them to account, if only you could understand, 113 And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 'Noah' they replied, 'if you do not desist you shall be of those stoned' 116 [Whereupon] he prayed: "O my Sustainer! Behold, my people have given me the lie: 117 Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers." 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 Then We drowned the rest thereafter. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 122
