3/4 Hizb 45

And Noah had certainly called Us, and [We are] the best of responders. 75 And We delivered him and his people from the great affliction. 76 and We made his seed the survivors, 77 We left mention of him among later generations. 78 Peace on Noah among all men. 79 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 80 for he was truly one of our believing servants: 81 Then We drowned the others. 82 ۞ And, verily, among those who followed his [Nuh's (Noah)] way (Islamic Monotheism) was Ibrahim (Abraham). 83 When he came to his Lord with a pure heart [attached to Allah Alone and none else, worshipping none but Allah Alone true Islamic Monotheism, pure from the filth of polytheism]. 84 and said to his father and his people: “Whom do you worship? 85 Do you want to worship false idols as your lords besides God? 86 Then what is your thought about the Lord of the worlds?" 87 Then he looked carefully at the stars 88 And he said: "Verily, I am sick (with plague. He did this trick to remain in their temple of idols to destroy them and not to accompany them to the pagan's feast)." 89 so they turned their backs on him and went off. 90 Then he turned to their gods and said, "Do you not eat? 91 "What is the matter with you that ye speak not (intelligently)?" 92 Then he attacked them, striking with his right hand. 93 So the people descended upon him. 94 He said: Worship ye that which ye yourselves do carve 95 even though God created both you and that which you have made?" 96 They said, “Construct a building (furnace) for him, and then cast him in the blazing fire!” 97 And they designed a snare for him, but We made them the undermost. 98 And he said: "I am going away to my Lord who will show me the way. 99 “My Lord! Give me a meritorious child.” 100 We gave him the good news that he would have a patient, forbearing son. 101 and when he was old enough to go about and work with him, (one day) Abraham said to him: “My son, I see in my dream that I am slaughtering you. So consider (and tell me) what you think.” He said: “Do as you are bidden. You will find me, if Allah so wills, among the steadfast.” 102 When they had surrendered, and he flung him upon his brow, 103 We called out to him "O Abraham! 104 you have confirmed your vision' As such We recompense the gooddoers. 105 Verily, that indeed was a manifest trial 106 And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice, 107 And We left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 108 'Peace be upon Abraham' 109 Verily We! thus We compense the well-doers. 110 He was one of Our believing servants. 111 Then, We gave him the glad tidings of Isaac, a Prophet, one of the righteous, 112 And We blessed him, and Isaac; and of their seed some are good-doers, and some manifest self-wrongers. 113
