۞ Say: O my servants! who have acted extravagantly against their own souls, do not despair of the mercy of Allah; surely Allah forgives the faults altogether; surely He is the Forgiving the Merciful. 53 “And incline towards your Lord and submit to Him, before the punishment comes you and then you may not be helped.” 54 "And follow the best of that which is sent down to you from your Lord (i.e. this Quran, do what it orders you to do and keep away from what it forbids), before the torment comes on you suddenly while you perceive not!" 55 Lest any soul should say: 'Sadly, I have neglected my duty to Allah and was of those that mocked' 56 "Or (lest) it should say: 'If only Allah had guided me, I should certainly have been among the righteous!'- 57 "Or (lest) it should say when it (actually) sees the penalty: 'If only I had another chance, I should certainly be among those who do good!' 58 Why, My revelations had come to you, but you denied them and were filled with pride, and were among the disbelievers. 59 On the Day of Judgment wilt thou see those who told lies against Allah;- their faces will be turned black; Is there not in Hell an abode for the Haughty? 60 But God shall deliver those that were godfearing in their security; evil shall not visit them, neither shall they sorrow. 61 Allah is Creator of all things; and He only is the Controller of all things. 62 His are the keys of the heavens and the earth, and they who disbelieve the revelations of Allah - such are they who are the losers. 63
