Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Verily, [in the life to come] the tree of deadly fruit 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 (A voice will cry: "Seize ye him and drag him into the midst of the Blazing Fire! 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 Indeed, the righteous will be in a secure place; 51 In Gardens and water-springs. 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 So (it will be), and We shall marry them to Houris (female fair ones) with wide, lovely eyes. 54 In that [paradise] they shall [rightfully] claim all the fruits [of their past deeds,] resting in security; 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 As a Bounty from thy Lord! that will be the supreme achievement! 57 Therefore We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue. They may haply take a warning. 58 So be watchful, they too are watching. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
