Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree. 1 And what will explain to thee what the night of power is? 2 (Worship) on the Night of Destiny is better than (worship) for a thousand months. 3 On this Night, the angels and the spirit descend by the permission of their Lord with His decree (to determine everyone's destiny). 4 Peace it is until the emergence of dawn. 5

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
