The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 shall inherit a pleasing life, 7 And as for him whose balances are light, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 A burning fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
