Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 And does not encourage the feeding of the poor. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 who become confused during their prayers, 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
