ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 So be not impatient over them. We only count out to them a [limited] number. 84 The Day will surely come when We shall gather the God-fearing like [honoured] guests before the Compassionate God 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 They claim: "The Most Compassionate Lord has taken a son to Himself." 88 You have uttered a grievous thing 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 So We have made it easy in thine tongue in order that thou mayest thereby give glad tidings unto the Godfearing and warn thereby a people contentious. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
