Indeed, We created the human. We know the whisperings of his soul, and are closer to him than the jugular vein. 16 Moreover, there are two scribes, one each sitting on the right and the left, recording everything. 17 He uttereth no word but there is with him an observer ready. 18 Lo, the agony of death has indeed come with the Truth. That is what you had sought to avoid. 19 And the trumpet will be blown: this is the Day of the Threatening. 20 Everyone has come, each attended by one who will drive him on, and another who will bear witness. 21 (It will be said:) "Thou wast heedless of this; now have We removed thy veil, and sharp is thy sight this Day!" 22 And his companion will say: 'This is that which I have present' 23 "Cast into Hell every ungrateful, rebellious one, 24 Hinderer of good, trespasser, doubter 25 who has set up with Allah another god. Indeed, you two, cast him into the terrible punishment' 26 ۞ His companion (Satan devil)] will say: "Our Lord! I did not push him to transgress, (in disbelief, oppression, and evil deeds) but he was himself in error far astray." 27 He will say: Do not quarrel in My presence, and indeed I gave you the threatening beforehand: 28 My Word is not changed; and never do I inflict the least wrong upon My servants.” 29

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
