So he did not accept the truth, nor did he pray, 31 but, on the contrary, he gave the lie to the truth and turned away [from it,] 32 Then he departed unto his household conceitedly. 33 Alas the woe for you, alas! 34 Again, Woe to thee, (O men!), yea, woe! 35 Does man think that he is to be left to wander without an aim? 36 What, was he not an ejaculated drop (of sperm)? 37 Then he was a clinging clot, and [Allah] created [his form] and proportioned [him] 38 and then He made of him a pair, male and female? 39 Is not He, then; able to bring the dead back to life? 40
