۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 So the Firaun’s people followed them at sunrise. 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
