▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who feareth the standing before his Lord there are two gardens. 46 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 47 With spreading branches; 48 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 49 In each of the two Gardens are two flowing springs. 50 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 51 In [each of] these two will two kinds of every fruit be [found]. 52 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 53 [In such a paradise the blest will dwell,] reclining upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruit of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 55 Therein are maidens who restrain their glances, whom neither human nor jinn have touched before. 56 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 57 lovely as rubies, beautiful as coral -- 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be anything other than goodness? 60 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 61 And besides them, there are two more Gardens. 62 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 63 Both [gardens] of the darkest green. 64 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 65 In these there will also be two springs gushing forth. 66 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 67 With fruits in them, and dates and pomegranates -- 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 Wherein (are found) the good and beautiful - 70 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 71 [There the blessed will live with their] pure companions sheltered in pavilions. 72 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 73 There hath deflowered them neither man nor jinn. 74 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 75 [In such a paradise will they dwell,] reclining upon meadows green and carpets rich in beauty. 76 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
