Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 The people whom We destroyed can never return to this world 95 Until when Ya'juj and Ma'juj are let out, and from every mound they are trickling down. 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 [Then they will be told:] "Verily, you and all that you [were wont to] worship instead of God are but the fuel of hell: that is what you are destined for. 98 If those had been gods, they would never have gone down to it; yet every one of them shall therein abide forever;' 99 They will bray in it and not be able to hear anything in it. 100 Indeed those to whom Our promise of goodness has been made, have been kept far away from hell. 101 neither shall they hear any of its whisper, but shall live for ever in that their souls desired. 102 The Supreme Horror will not grieve them, and the angels will welcome them, (saying): This is your Day which ye were promised; 103 The day We shall roll up the heavens like a written scroll, We shall revert it (to nothing) as it was before We first created it. This is a promise incumbent on Us; We will certainly fulfil it. 104 Before this We wrote in the Psalms, after the Message (given to Moses): My servants the righteous, shall inherit the earth." 105 Lo! there is a plain statement for folk who are devout. 106 We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures. 107 Say: "It has but been revealed unto me that your God is the One and Only God: will you, then, surrender yourselves unto Him?" 108 If they turn away, tell them: "I have warned you all alike. I do not know if what has been promised you is near or far away. 109 God knows well all that is spoken aloud and all that you hide. 110 I know not; haply it is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time. 111 [The Prophet] has said, "My Lord, judge [between us] in truth. And our Lord is the Most Merciful, the one whose help is sought against that which you describe." 112
