Have you not seen that all those who are in the heavens and the earth, and the birds on the wing, sing the praises of God. Each one knows its obligations and its duties, and God knows whatever they do. 41 And Allah's is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and to Allah is the eventual coming. 42 Have you not seen how Allah drives the clouds, then gathers them and converts them into a mass, then you see rain coming from the midst of them? And He sends down out of heaven mountains in which there is hail, pelting with it whom He will, and turning it away from whom He will. The flash of its lightning almost snatches away the sight. 43 It is God who causes night and day to alternate: in this [too,] behold, there is surely a lesson for all who have eyes to see! 44 God has created every living being from water: Some of them creep on their bellies; some walk on two feet and some of them walk on four legs. God creates whatever He wants. He has power over all things. 45 We have sent down clarifying verses. Allah guides whom He will to a Straight Path. 46 They say they believe in God and the Prophet, and have come to believe, yet a section of them turns back even after this; and these are not believers. 47 And when they appeal unto Allah and His messenger to judge between them, lo! a faction of them are averse; 48 But if the right is theirs, they come to him in prompt obedience. 49 Is there a sickness in their hearts, or are they full of doubt? Or do they fear that God and His Messenger will be unjust to them? The truth is that they themselves are wrongdoers. 50
