T H (Taa Haa)
135 verses, revealed in Mecca after Mary (Maryam) before The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta Ha. 1 We have not sent down the Quran unto you (O Muhammad SAW) to cause you distress, 2 Nay, it is a reminder to him who fears: 3 It is a revelation from the Creator of the earth and the high heavens. 4 (Allah) Most Gracious is firmly established on the throne (of authority). 5 To Him belongs what is in the heavens and what is on the earth and what is between them and what is under the soil. 6 And if you (O Muhammad SAW) speak (the invocation) aloud, then verily, He knows the secret and that which is yet more hidden. 7 God - there is no deity save Him; His [alone] are the attributes of perfection! 8 Have you heard the story of Moses? 9 Recall what time he saw a fire and said to his household, bide ye! verily I have perceived a fire! haply I may bring you from it a brand or may find at the fire a guidance. 10 When he came to it, a voice cried, 'Moses, 11 Lo! I, even I, am thy Lord, So take off thy shoes, for lo! thou art in the holy valley of Tuwa. 12 I have chosen you, so listen to what is revealed to you. 13 Indeed, I am Allah. There is no deity except Me, so worship Me and establish prayer for My remembrance. 14 "Verily, the Hour is coming and My Will is to keep it hidden that every person may be rewarded for that which he strives. 15 Therefore let not him who believes not in it and follows his low desires turn you away from it so that you should perish; 16 And what is that in your right hand, O Moses?" 17 He said, “This is my staff; I support myself on it, and I knock down leaves for my sheep with it, and there are other uses for me in it.” 18 Allah said: cast it down, O Musa! 19 and he cast it down, and behold it was a serpent sliding. 20 He said: Take hold of it and fear not; We will restore it to its former state: 21 And press thy hand to thy side, it will come forth white, without hurt, as another sign. 22 This We have done to show you some of Our greater miracles. 23 Go to Pharaoh; he has transgressed all bounds." 24

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
