۞ To Abraham We gave the right guidance and We knew him very well. 51 When he said to his father and his people, “What are these idols before whom you squat (worshipping)?” 52 They said: We found our fathers worshippers of them. 53 Abraham said, "Indeed, you and your fathers have been clearly misguided." 54 They said: Bringest thou unto us the truth, or art thou some jester? 55 He said: Nay, but your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Who created them; and I am of those who testify unto that. 56 And [he added to himself.] "By God, I shall most certainly bring about the downfall of your idols as soon as you have turned your backs and gone away!" 57 He shattered them all, except the biggest among them, that perhaps they may question it. 58 They said: who hath wrought this to our gods? verily he is of the wrong-doers. 59 They said: We heard a youth make mention of them, who is called Abraham. 60 "Bring him before the people," they said, "that they may bear witness." 61 'Abraham' they said, 'was it you who did this to our gods' 62 He replied, "I think the biggest among them has broken the smaller ones. Ask them if they are able to speak". 63 Then they thought and observed: "Surely you are yourselves unjust." 64 But then they relapsed into their former way of thinking and said: "Thou knowest very well that these [idols] cannot speak!" 65 He said: What! do you then serve besides Allah what brings you not any benefit at all, nor does it harm you? 66 "Fie upon you, and upon the things that ye worship besides Allah! Have ye no sense?".. 67 They said, "Burn him and protect your gods, If ye do (anything at all)!" 68 We said, 'O fire, be coolness and safety for Abraham!' 69 They had sought to do evil to him, but We caused them to be the worst losers, 70 and We saved him and Lot and brought him to the land upon which We had bestowed Our blessings for all the people of the world. 71 And We bestowed upon him Isaac, and Jacob as a grandson. Each of them We made righteous. 72 and made them leaders who would guide [others] in accordance with Our behest: for We inspired them [with a will] to do good works, and to be constant in prayer, and to dispense charity: and Us [alone] did they worship. 73 And We gave Lut the kingdom and knowledge, and We rescued him from the township that committed vile deeds; indeed those evil people were disobedient. 74 And We took him into Our mercy; surely he was of the good. 75

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
